Lerner was born and raised from the Tampa Bay area and began her healthcare career as a Registered Nurse in the Trauma ICU at Tampa General Hospital. Transitioning to mental health, she earned her Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Lincoln Memorial University, enhancing her clinical skills and expertise.
