MARISOL A. TORRES, DNP, APRN-C
Marisol A. Torres, DNP, APRN-C was born in Washington DC, and relocated to Florida after living in Puerto Rico for one year. Since high-school, Marisol always knew she wanted to become a registered nurse. While obtaining her BSN, she was inspired to elevate her career as a nurse practitioner to aid in the gap of health care providers.
Marisol has been a bed-side nurse for seven years. Six of those years were spent working in Pediatrics and her most recent year of experience has been in a psychiatric/behavioral health unit at Brandon Regional Hospital. Marisol’s passion for mental health has led her to return back to school to become a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
“Thank you for allowing me to be your co-pilot in your mental health journey. I look forward to providing compassionate and individualized treatment plans that will allow you to live your best quality of life.”
